Teacher Profile
pashasana
I began practicing yoga in 1996, while travelling in India after my university studies. I practiced Hatha yoga based on Shivananda style for a few months in Dharamsala and Rishikesh.

Since then, I have continued developing my practice both in France and during my travels abroad.

I have studied many different styles of yoga with many teachers, Indians and westerners alike. Among others, I have attended Jivamukti classes in Munich and London, a Yin yoga workshop in Paris, and I have practiced dynamic Hatha and Vinyasa flow yoga for many years in Paris and Australia.

Ardha Baddha Padma Paschimottanasana
Today, my practice follows the teaching of Sri T. Krishnamacharya, with a special emphasize on Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga. I have attended many workshops done by world-renowned western Ashtanga yoga teachers, including Mattew Sweeney, Marc Darby, Petri Raisanen, and Basia Lipska.

In order to deepen my practice, I have spent a few years in Mysore, India, the cradle of Ashtanga yoga.

Additionally, I have had the privilege to have attended a Yoga Therapy Teacher Training with A.G. Mohan, a personal student of Sri T. Krishnamacharya for 18 years.

I started to teach yoga in Australia in 2005, then in France in 2007-2008 to individuals or small groups
Here in India, I teach ashtanga and vinyasa yoga 3 times a week in a rehabilitation center for rescued trafficked women aged from 16 to 25. I also, more occasionally, teach yoga to children, based on a kids yoga teacher training I followed 2 years ago.

I teach Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga for different levels and Vinyasa flow at a more or less dynamic pace, according to the wishes and physical conditions of my students. As taught by Sri T. Krishnamacharya, I give special attention to the coordination of breath and movement for a better awareness of the body and mind.  I wish overall to share with my students the joy and balance I gain from my own practice.

I am a registered teacher with the Yoga Alliance and  also have training in teaching yoga to children.
